4. Warranty

Locksmiths on Brunswick provides a range of locksmith services and car key programming as described on this Website. We take pride in the quality of our services and offer a warranty for certain services, subject to the terms outlined below:

• The warranty period for the new products we supplied is 1 year excluding battery if it use any form of batteries.
• We will never refund the money because you simply change your mind.
• To make a warranty claim, please give us a call or email us and give us invoice number or details of yours.
• The warranty work will be carried out in business hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Excluding public holidays.
• The warranty work will be carried out at our workshop for car keys, key cutting and all product you bought from our shop. For mobile locksmith service, we will come to you to fix the problem.
• The warranty will be voide if you remove the product by yourself and not the same condition as we fitted or supplied
• The warranty does not extend to damages incurred due to personal mishandling or misuse of the product. Instances such as dropping a car key resulting in damage to the shell or immersion of the product in water are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
